The Details.

We want to make your rental experience exceptional! Here are some of the requirements and possible questions you may have as you start planning your event.

How Do I Book?

The best way to book an order is through our online store to determine availability and pricing and book instantly. This makes it possible to get a quote and place a booking in real time 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

Pick your desired pickup date and desired return date within the pickup and drop off times available in our system. When you add items to your cart the online store will be able to show you if your items are available for your event while you are shopping.

When you have finished adding items to your cart you can select delivery if that is your choice. (NOTE: If you selected delivery, we contact you the Sunday before your event date to give you exact delivery times).   
Once you're ready to book, click checkout. That's it, you're booked in. A confirmation email will be sent to you. If you have any questions give us a call (231)420-0974, or if we have any questions about your booking, we will reach out to you.

The Fine Print

Any customer, who enters into a contract with Celebration Rentals, agrees to have a confirmed and valid credit card on record with us at all times during the rental agreement period. You hereby authorize Celebration Rentals to store your credit card information and to charge all sums due to us at any time during the term of this agreement, including damages, unreturned items and extra rental fees for items uncleaned or not returned by due date.

No open fires under the tents. Cleaning fees will be charged for cleaning of the tents that have been exposed to being near fire.

Decorations causing damage or are left hanging in tents will be assessed for cleaning/ removal/ damage fee. Client to incur these costs upon onsite and/or return inspection.

Customer is responsible for any damage to or loss of equipment while in customers possession. Accrued rental charges may not be applied against purchase charges or repair charges of lost or damaged equipment.

Customer assumes tent and equipment damage and replacement risk, for the following events- not excluding any other reasons noted: vandalism, mischief, theft, loss due to disappearance of wrongful person entrusted with the equipment.  

Responsibility of equipment remains with the customer from the time of pickup until the time of return. Please be sure equipment is in a secure location and protected from the elements. Equipment left in these conditions will incur a damage fee. 

Customer agrees to and shall indemnify and hold event Celebration Rentals harmless from all claims, losses, damages, cause of actions, suits and liability of any kind, including all expenses of court costs, litigation fees, attorney fees, for injury or death of any person, or damage to any kind of property, or for any breach of contract, arising out of or in connection with this rental agreement.

Cancellation Fee

In the event an order is cancelled, a 25% cancellation fee will be applied. Then 75% of the balance amount will be refunded to you.

Delivery Options

Paid in Full: All deliveries must be paid in full before the date of delivery.

Rental Agreement: All Rental Agreements must be signed the week before delivery. The weeks prior to your delivery you will be receiving a rental agreement for you to sign via email. If you do not see it in your inbox or junk folder, call our office right away. If you have not received your rental agreement the week of your event, it will be your responsibility to contact our office.

There are no refunds for missed deliveries due to not signing the rental agreement.

No equipment will leave our warehouse without a signed agreement and paid in full.

Unless other arrangements have been made, tents, tables, and chairs are delivered the day before your event and picked up the day after your event. If the tent, table, and or chair delivery has been changed, you will be notified via email with an updated invoice.

Before the time of delivery or At The Time Of Delivery/Pick Up: Please have any vehicles moved that may be blocking access to your backyard. Keep in mind overhead clearance (i.e. electrical wires, tree branches, etc.) We are not responsible for any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, pipes, septic systems, electrical, etc. It is the customers responsibility to know the permit restrictions for the event. Contact person needs to be on location at the time of delivery and placement decided upon before arrival.  

Please Note: your order can be rejected if your yard is NOT prepared to receive the equipment at the time of delivery. There are no refunds for rejected orders due to the yard NOT being ready to receive the equipment at the time of delivery

Typical delivery days are as follows: 1-3 days before the event. 

Typical pickup days are 1-3 days after the event.

Cleaning

Rental items from the event must be left stacked under the tent for pickup in a secure location, failure to do so will result in an $80.00 cleanup fee.  In addition, items such as chafing pans will incur a $5.00 cleaning fee per pan if returned dirty.

Delivery Fee

Delivery fee is as follows: Within 10 miles of business location, no delivery fee will be charged, after the initial 10 miles a fee of $3.00 per mile will be charged.
